yes, I asked emma and they said it may take up to 60 days to receive it. I don't think it will take that much though.

Yes, They left it in my apartment's mail box and I was able to track it. They literally shipped overnight. Yesterday at 5pm it was picked up from USCIS and today at 12pm it was delivered. Austin, Texas.

You can turn on sms notifications from USPS' website enter your tracking id and there is an option down the page.

I received an sms as soon as it was delivered.
