Same here. My employer requested ead expedite last week, next day i-765 status went to “expedite request received” then today 5 days later changed to “expedite request approved”. I am assuming next step will be “card beind produced” then “case approved” then “delivery”.

I hope so. it would be amazing if our I 485s are also approved. fingers crossed!

yeah, not sure if it is coincidence, but I’ve been seing cases where EAD expedite has been requested then shortly after green card comes out. In my case I haven’t sent the medical form with my I-485 package, I think I will need to go through that still before actual GC.

Guys, usually when you expedite it, do you get advanced parole too? Or just the ead?

no news, it’s still showing “expedite request approved.” hopefully there’s some movement later this week!

@tom myring, got ya. looks like our case is very similar. keep us posted if anything changes, I will do the same. this waiting game sucks. 2 weeks without working already since my visa expired. Looking forward to my ead so that I can return to work.

more updatesmy friends. Just now the status of my I-765 and I-131 changed to “case approved”. pretty confident the card being delivered hopefully soon will be the combo card EAD+AP. hipe all your cases get at the same stage soon mu friends.

@Tom I have already done my medical and I got the sealed envelope. I did right it after my biometric appointment. did you get yours done ?

I haven’t done mine but I’m thinking of doing it now instead of waiting for a potential RFE. I don’t want to delay the process any longer.

yeah do it now, sometimes the doctor can hold it for you till you get your interview notice then they can sign and seal it. mine did that , I am marriage based so I need to bring to the interview
