congratulations, first 3 expedite did they ask any evidence ? because I’m in 2nd expedite now and I sent my evidences. now it’s pending since 15 days. should I make new expedite ? and last expedite, how many day after did you get approve?

How did you know about your approval, by email, mail or your online account?

I got the same timeline as yours, but at TSC. Still waiting forever!

@Melanie I’m sorry you are experiencing it, it will come eventually. So after 7 days I sent my pending job offer, which is what they requested, I called them and got two different answers, one said it’s denied one said it’s approved. I contacted them again, they said it was assigned to an adjudication officer. So I think, if you keep sending requests but don’t hear any back, it’s because it’s really close to get adjudicated so they don’t even bother to entertain. I think you should submit a new request, also contacted your senators and congressman and address your situation. Hope this helps! Good luck!

@Melanie I faxed them, and I didn’t see anything about those expedite requests on my online account. I called them for the expedite status

Mee too just called them and they said your expedite is pending and you can’t do any expedite 🤣🤣 I swear I’m feeling like they are doing this on purpose which is I can’t ( anyone can’t) make any expedite

Same situation. Faxed a week ago and a 100k job offer that most likely will be declined. reading all these comments makes you so angry. They are driving people mad to approve a request to work.
