EAD card error
Along with my I-765 petition, I also applied for advance parole (I-131). My wife is a dependent on my petition and she seemed to have got the combo card (says “serves as I-512 Advance Parole) but my card says “not valid for reentry to US”. Its weird.
Has anyone noticed a similar issue? Should I ask my lawyer to file a case to resolve this error? If so, anyone know how long it takes them to resolve the problem and re-issue the card as a combo card?

I understand that but my card says “not valid for rentry to US”. so they have not issued me a combo card but my wife has got a combo card. We both applied for advance parole and I am the primary applicant.

I think your dont undertsand my question. I am the primary applicant. I applied for both I-765 and I-131 (advance parole) for both myself and my wife. Only my wife got the combo card which allows rentry to the US but my card says “cant be used for renetry”. Not sure why they did not issue combo card for me (primary applicant)

if your i131 was approved thats mean uscis made error .. they supposed to send you combo card....but if your i131 is denial there is no error

@,Augustin that's not true.if UScis don't give you the combo card can be cause you came to US or something in your entry is not clarified.so they don't send you the AP .your lawyer can't do nothing about it cause this is Uscis decision till your GC
