@May21, yes I did expedite. I filed it last 09/01 via Emma then contacted my senator's office 09/16. My expedite got approved 09/21 then after 13 days of total silence today it got updated to card being produced.

congratulations @RL 26. what documents did you send as proof with the expedite to the senator?

@tj tj, I filled out a privacy authorization form on my senator's website then I submitted my job offer with letterhead.

I did the same thing last Friday on the senators website but I used joint bank statement as proof and under financial hardship as well. Just hoping something positive will come out from it this week by Gods grace.

yes it came a week after I got ead. exactly 2 weeks from new card being produced

yes I got a combo card, I 131 was updated 2 days after new card being produced

after new card being produced, case approved for i765, then the next day i131 approved… 2 days after card was mailed then usps picked up and tracking number details
