@Rocky I did, the agent told me they saw some activities on my case but no decision. So maybe try to get hold of an agent that can’t tell you a little more detail

Hi. I am also C9 but applied january22. Sent an expedite based on a job offer last week. Faxed evidence but no answer yet. So usual response time is around 2 weeks? Do you think they approve only people with EAD pending since months or also newer ones? I did biometrics already. Thanks!

@Nick I don’t think so, because the agent told me my case was still pending background checks (which I think is where you are now) so they had to take out my EAD case out of the I-485 package. so I think you can still get your EAD

Congratulations! Did the AP also changed to card is being produced? or it is only the EAD?

UPDATE. Mine was approved today 03/03 EAD and AP
