Your category is F1 and thus DO NOT qualify for auto extension.

Depends on the Human Resources department of your work and their flexibility. I had your exact same situation, and my university gave me a 1.5 year (540 days) extension based on the receipts of my I-765 and I-485

You don't qualify, but your human resources can ignore it. that is if don't go telling them about it. Just present it and let them tell you if you qualify or not.

I was on OPT (which is a benefit of F1 visa after it expires). My OPT expires on Aug. 1st, 2024, but I am also applying for I-765 through the I-485. When I went to the human resources, I told them my OPT is about to expire but I have applied for I-765 with a receipt date of Jan. 29, 2024. They extended my work eligibility for 1.5 years (540 days) and told me to come to them again once I get the I-765 or I-485.
