whats your reason of expedite?

when did you expedite please? mine is 9 days and still no response.

6/23 expedite request submitted based on personal financial loss 7/9- approved ead 7/12 - mailed card waiting for the card to receive it

what evidence you submitted?

Congrats, no evidence required? marriage based? only 765 or 131 as well?

I 485 based. Also got i-131 approved. evidence submitted was layoff letter from previous job and new offer letter

I will keep hope alive then. I don’t feel good today. my mind is on it and made me feel a little unlucky.

Okay, thank you, seems like most likely they don’t request any proof when it takes longer.. they request it when they respond promptly.

@ekun o - it’s very random just be patient. sometimes they respond quickly sometimes it takes 2-3 wks. several factors involved based on case type, location , filing date etc . good luck !

@dokdo - it’s very random . they asked for evidence same day i submitted request but took 2 wks to respond after that
