Yes Ash Amy Priority Date is nothing but Received Date if you open your I797C form Top Left you will see your received date usually for I-130 shows Priority Date

I don't think they are going in sequence rather they are going Visa Category wise as I can see MSC21910756 series have plenty of March 1st Filers are still showing Case Was received

best example super z is April 20 filer and his case number MSC219126 However I am April 1st filer and my case number is MSC219130 the number is way far from super Z so far they are working by case category you filled in I-765 form

EADs are from the service center not the field office

@GK my fo is Sacramento for interview..which shows ready to schdule since June 22 and till now no ead and no update..few days back I had a chat with live agent on Emma he said I am in queue for interview so they will send notice..and that is dont know when..

and also I have seen here ppl from San Jose and Santa calara they got interviews and green cards approved even they filed in late April and may..so confused..

@ G K it's hard to tell but IR1-CR1 category they are giving green cards than EAD F2A category processing for EADs In between they are approving expedited requests from different category Recently there were so many files transferred to NBC for EB1-EB2-EB3 They only know what they are doing !

@ H K: Those who got interviews might be from IR1/CR1 category Also getting interview at your FO is another hurdle because it depends on your Field office San Jose, CA, Columbus OH, Long Island, NY Boise, ID field offices are way faster

@oli ….my lawyer…sometimes,I think I made a mistake by hiring her…she keeps telling me every case is different and that it depends on the officer in charge of the case

@super z why don’t you call the USCIS or chat Emma to know what is wrong with your case.. coz sometimes some lawyer fuck people’s case up and Dey won’t even let you know
