@zaki what did you talk to Emma about exactly, I talked with an agent but it was no help

@Kay I just asked about the status of my case and told her that it's been 4 months. She asked if I had put a service request, I said no. Then she said since it's been more than 60 days after RFE she will put a service request for me. But I also talked to Emma when it was 75 days past RFE response and he said I can't ask for service request because everything is normal. So I'm confused about the 60 day rule.
