congrats!! how did you request your expedite? I requested expedite twice as a healthcare worker but both were denied. I thought that's because my I765 is initial application :( can you give any advice?

@jen S Thank you. its the initial application for me too. I called them and they just put my request without asking anything more once I told that I want ti expedite based on healthcare worker. so, I suggest you try one more time. I dont know if waiting time factors in because my application was pending since over a year.

@ Rayssa I recieved response after 25 days of expediting. They said I will hear after 7 days… didn’t get any response in 7 days and then I called them again to know the status and they said that I will hear something within a month of expedite request. I wish you hear good news soon

Hey! I got my expedite request approved yesterday without any additional documentation. I just said I wanted to expedite because I’m an RN and they approved it 5 business days later. Good luck, everybody!

@Ana yes, I just called to uscis. Call them and tell them that you are a healthcare worker and want to expedite. Maybe you can request for expedite chatting with Emma.

EB B. My ER got approved but i131 didn't change. Did you travel overseas and still got i131 approved when you did your ER?

FYI. USCIS didn't allow me to raise an ER based on healthcare worker since it was not a renewal. After 3 calls I forced to open an ER for finantial reasons and then just submitted evidences that I am a healthcare worker. I got approved in 3 days.

I filed for i131 February 2021, tried to expedite months ago, got denied. I’m still waiting, no decision yet.
