EAD approved
is it normal to wait more then 2 weeks for my combo card,? my lawyer haven’t received yet, and the app still says we mailed your EAD. thanks

just go on the USCIS website, there’s a link that says “chat with Emma”, click on it and type the words “live agent” then follow the instructions.

the agent will ask you for your full name, date of birth, and address. then they will ask for your receipt numbers.
