EAD approved, April filer!
My timeline:
April 1, 2021: USCIS received my case
April 2, 2021: notice of receipt
September 21, 2021: case being actively reviewed by USCIS
November 9, 2021: card being produced
Center: Nebraska
Receipt number: IOE-09-112-63xxx
Category: C8, renewal.
I'll give a throughout timeline until I get the card in my hands when I do.
No biometrics taken. So, don't stress if you haven't received a biometrics appointment. you might or you might not as USCIS don't always send them. Plus, in some cases, they reuse old/previous ones.
Keep the faith. The waiting period is mental torture, but this too shall pass.

glad for you. I told you today that you'll get it soon ahah 😅. hopefully that's me soon but I'm Potomac so idk
Lilo Pelekai9 de nov de 2021
thank you @H K and @Jose Garcia! 🤩 and yes, Jose, you did! I hope you're next. USCIS have a weird order of treating those cases, and I think it's all centers, not just Nebraska or Potomac. I truly hope that one day this madness that their system is will be fixed and we will not have to wait this long like this again.
Jose Garcia9 de nov de 2021
yeah I'm March 18 and my extension expires in January so I have less than two months soni guess I'll do everything I can to speed up the process I guess. but thank you and good luck
Lilo Pelekai9 de nov de 2021
yes, Jose! bombard them with expedite requests. the one I filed on October 26, they sent me an email today to tell me it was finally assigned to someone. that email came AFTER they had approved the case. 😂 so, yes, do all that you can. get your congressman or even senator involved if you have to. USCIS is ridiculous.
Lilo Pelekai9 de nov de 2021
we sure did, Krishna! and I was joking all over the place. though, I also meant everything I said about USCIS. they need a better system across all centers. 😂
