I called on the 22nd of August, received an email yesterday that they received my request and today the status changed to card is being produced!

I expedited based on financial hardship

did you need to proof it?

they didn’t ask for any it just got approved the next day after I received the email

i let the customer service representative know that rent has increased, my kids need money

i expedited on August 22nd too. i got an email on monday September 5 stating that they my expedite request is under review. and today i got an update that my card is being produced!

@k k they say as long as your biometrics had been done but I’ve been waiting since November

@rosh Murray mine is just three months but I am missing out on so much job opportunities

I even know of persons that started the process after me and got their EAD card through the same service Centre
