EAD approved
Card is being produced finally!!!! RD 03/04/2021. I had several expedite requests, my congressman submitted expedite request, I was waiting for the ombudsman’s reply for my application of case assistance however my case was still with an analyst. I think they reviewed my case since it was already the time. Yesterday I got an RFE that USCIS had different record for my DOB, and I submitted my birth certificate, and today card is being produced!!! Thanks everyone for help in this community, and I hope that all of you get your cases approved soon!
