my current job is fine and I also have another job offer, can I expedite my case, it is pending in Nebraska for more than 7 months

I think having an offer plus evidence that your current job will end soon is key. because I’m on H1b with an end date in August they could verify that. I just called on Monday and waited about 10-15 minutes and answered a few questions. 24 hours later expedite request approved and 24 hours after status changes to “new card being produced”

yup, first time. again I think if your job/visa is ending soon and you have a job offer then I think they will move fast. also maybe just picking up the phone and calling and clearly and concisely stating the reason under which you are requesting (e.g., severe financial loss) - they have standard criteria they just need to check off so pointless complaining or getting into a long story. be clear, concise and courteous. good luck!
