@Jacsin so after I expedited I waiting 7 working days with no reply I talked wit a live agent through Emma and ask for a follow up n he said they received the request but there a lot of backlog and I told him to request another one which he dd then I got email for more evidence I sent it which thy ddnt reply after 3working day I sent another one yesterday late thy approved it today

If they instructed you to fax ,do that and make sure to add that notice on ya fax

Hi, MO. I forgot to attach the notice the first time, but I attached the second time I sent it. I has been three days since I sent it, but no reply so far. I wonder was that okay if I send them again tomorrow 😢

@N Lora try to find a job then ask for job letter then expedite then when thy want more evidence send the job offer,bills etc

yeah you can apply any job but wen I expedited I said it’s financial loss and I got a job offer then they wanted evidence

i expedited twice …the first one they ddnt reply then after 7working days I contacted them for feedback which was lot of excuses then I asked to make another expedite request then they replied after 3 days

there’s nothin stopping you from startin a business just register it then boom…I don’t think EAD can stop u from doin that…

if I raise an expedite request on my EAD processing, can I submit my business registration documents as evidences ?

i don’t know actually but you can try ya luck and don’t forget to put bills too that are on ya name…Job letters usually helps I don’t know abt own business

so you should expect an email that request more evidence within 7 working days then if they haven’t sent anything try to talk to a live agent for a follow up and try to do another one…pressurized them
