ead and travel
hello community
i got my Ead in May with 2 years advance of parole and work autorization ,i left USA on 20August and still overseas ,i want stay a month more and totall will be =<90 days if it will be 90 will i have trouble in re entry to the Us or no,is somebdy here has been overseas more than this period ??thanks a lot in advance

The whole premise of USCIS giving that card is for short visits and mainly to work here. Why do you want to leave here for such a long time 🤔 you may have issues coming back in. It aldo depends on who CBP officer you go in front when you return. Good luck.

some of these ppl don’t, they don’t have heart for ppl like us. once u overstayed some not going to want to look over it.

lawyer always saying 1 month the longest.. because they going to ask if u don’t have a job etc. this can drawn a lot of attention to u.

@geovani samson,can someone who over stayed their B1-B2 visa by 4 yrs still travel with AP and come back to the US?
