EAD and Advance Parole Approved ππ
I thought that the current administration will really slow down the process for the work auth and travel document application this time but i received my approval after i received my prima facie last 12/19/24 and after almost 2 mos, i got my ead combo approved. im so happy for this. Trust the process guys, those who are waiting, youβll get i too.

i filed last 08/24 and they requested RFE in october, and resubmit the RFE in nov and got my prima facie in dec. .. it was a smooth flow

Wich EAd do you submit c09 or c31?

@Blessed approved there is no EAD class of C31 , they send you only after i-360 approval for those who didn't file for i-485.

@KING π they asked RFE for the same documents that I submitted. my lawyer just resubmit the same documents and got approved. that caused a litte delay since we expected that we submitted a strong requirements, but overall, it took me like 6 mos of waiting since i filed to approval of my ead and advance parole, and prima facie (VAWA)

That was fast. On website Vermont processing time is 7,5 months
