I received my EAD 10 days ago… called SSA to make sure they received my info from USCIS which they didn’t, I called the nearest SS office nearest me and made an appointment. Sometimes USCIS never send your info to SSA.

mine is based on adjustment of status. Did you also get your travel permit ?

usually you can go to the nearest SS office to apply for the new SSC if you have you EAD in hands

in 10 days you were approved how long ago did you send the application?

i send it September 26

I recived my ead on oct 5, and I just got my ssn card today and it come from Baltimore office.

wow, been waiting for 200+ days

I finally got my social today my journey was excertly 30days for my EAD
