EAD & Travel
I received my EAD with advance parole card. i want to travel to see my family before my i-485 interview. im affraid of what would happen if i am denied entry upon my return. my travel document and work authorization approved, my adjustment of status awaiting interview to be scheduled. what happens if i am denied entry? my application is marriage based. 💑

@M C you can travel but my advice is to not stay longer than 2 weeks or maxi a months if you don't wanna wait gently for your greencard especially as you didn't go for your interview yet. it's a little bit risky but: Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Goodluck

so this is my question if anyone can chip in their opinion, can or should someone filing for vawa also travel with AP and as we know vawa doesn’t do interview, is it really adviceable? moreso, can someone apply for a visa to another country and travel with AP to such country like Canada… which my own essence is to go thru there.. thanks
