EAD - Texas - I-765 - Employment Based Approved
After 12 months of waiting my EAD card was approved today. I expedited in November after loosing my job and it was denied. Last week I got an job offer and expedite again and this time it was Approved.

oil & gas company. I expedited calling and saying infopass. they will communicate with an agent. after two days they send me an email asking for the job offer and other documents. I scanned everything sent them and after 2 days The expedite was approved and the. after 1 day , card is being produced

If I am applying to the NIW for a profession and I receive a job offer that is not related to my profession. Can I apply for an expedited request?

Maximiliano, you should talk to your lawyer. usually NIW is based in your work experience, of you are applying for a job than is not related then your 140 could be rejected.
