Has anyone in this community received this type of response on a Refugee Travel Document (RTD) case or after submitting an e-Request as an asylee? I’m trying to find out if anyone has had a similar experience.

yes venezuela is one of the 19 banned countries. there is 39 but there is 19 red flags

Venezuela is part of the 39. not included on the first 19 but basically is the same being on the 19 or in the 39 everyone is banned for USCIS
