I will advise that you wait till they ask for it so that it won't get lost in the process of them trying to connect it with your case.

@Mk Asif i am in the same situation and just asked my lawyer this week she recommended maybe doing the medical if want to now and if in case they send Rfe send it right back in and dont need to wait to get a Dr appointment and stuff to make it faster, but she said she wouldn’t send it in now since a lot of time if they dont ask for it it might get lost !

@JN JN thanks. I hope other than thinking about lost, sending without RFE is not wrong/ USCIS will not takes it as negative?

@Mk Asif @JN JN ask the doctor for 2 seal package. You can send in one and keep one just in case. Worst case if they get lost is you lose your shipping fees. I personally will take that risk and will send mine in next month 😆😆

i will send to NBC since it have been crp since 2022 @Mk Asif @JN JN I know there are several people that will do the same next month as well. Its called interfile and you can look up for the cover letter to attach with the form when you send.

@Appa Appa I think it is worth it. if there is any chance that I can reduce this long wait proactively, it’s worth to lose the medical in my opinion.
