@Mrs Render you can’t get a license in Florida without a ss# NY and some other blue states you can.

yes you can!! I got my drivers license in December, the day after my biometric!! just bring your C-797 notice! I brought my I-130 - I-485 and my passport. valid for a year!

btw! I got in Orlando! if you live in Orlando area, don’t go to Ocoee, go to Lee Vista. you have to do a written test first and then road test. pretty easy, study with DMV 2025 app , almost all the questions are in that app!

@Mrs Render yes I’m Florida you bring you passport and the I130 receipt notice and they give you the driver license but you have renew it every year

Gooood news!! I had to wait 60 days to arrive at my house. but my husband (same uscis case) got same day he did the road test!

that’s so cool! they told me 60 days too but hopefully sooner ! @D H
