good evening everyone, please has anyone been able to apply for Driver’s license or state ID with receipt notice in Texas?

no. you need the receipt 797-C plus your work permit

@best wishes I was able to renew my driver license like a month ago with just the approval because I lost my ead card when I was moving. hope this helps

ibe, applying for drivers license is different from renewing! best wishes need to have work permit in order to apply

for DL you will need: EAD, SSN, Passport and some other documents like electricity bill, gas or water. best wishes🙏🏼
