don’t lose hope
I can’t believe it’s finally my turn.
I did what my heart told me to do even when everyone was telling me I couldn’t do that. because my husband is a resident some attorneys told me I couldn’t file 765/131 I fired them and filed them on my own. then I expedited it and got it in 4 months. Last month my expedite request for Vawa was approved, I know I was close to my 3 years, but still, some people passed the processing deadline and not approved yet… and here I am, NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED! 34.5 long months.

Question, I'm going to travel from LAX to McAllen Texas? Anyone knows if there is immigration patrol inside the aerport I been approved for vawa but I don't have my social yet and my work permit my lawer said I have to wait 30 days and them submit request for my work permit , but I have linces drive from California can I travel with out problems

I have expedite everything (360/765/131) based on the continuous abuse I get from my ex, and the need I have to provide for my citizen child. I attached all the proof including the birth certificate, attorney’s bill, medical bills I had from the birth in 2020 and everything that happened in court.
I think I’m just lucky.
