Domestic flight with SIJ and DA approved
Hey everyone,
Has anybody recently travelled domestically with the SIJ status (I-360) approved? Would be great to hear about your experience as I am planning to fly in August to Chicago (ORD) and NYC (JFK). Thank you!

you should be fine as long as you have real ID. I travel domestically everytime with my real ID but my last trip from Texas caught an officer eye because my ID has “temporary” on it and I was delayed for few minutes after presenting my EAD as a backup evidence. otherwise r frothing was good.

@candy candy what if I have EAD as the only type of real ID?

your EAD is a strong form of acceptable ID
when I first started flying my first 5 flights I used my EAD
I only went to get my Real ID because I don’t want to be carrying my heaviest document. but my next flight I’ll be carrrying both only because my Real ID has “temporary” written on it because on its expired shortly after my EAD. in short, you should be fine.
