@tired from waitingg I just checked USCIS process times & your receipt date, and you’re outside processing time. call uscis, request tier 2 officer, and say you want to put in an inquiry because even for vawa you’re still outside processing time. you can email the VAWA team and ask questions :HotlineFollowUpI360.vsc@uscis.dhs.gov I hope you’re able to get this resolved, now is your time to be 100% focused on getting resolved, no more waiting.

@tired from waitingg no you don't need to be scared!! thats why uscis takes forever! bcs 80% or more are scared!.scared from what! if you have strong case ! you will be approved or denied with or without mandamus + you've been waiting for almost 7 years!

@tired from waitingg I saw notes why the denied my initial I130/485. But they reopened the I130 on their own, which shows maybe a supervisor saw the denial and questioned it.

@tired from waitingg how are you. honestly, they will not disclose you internal notes or something that is bad for them. they will redact it or just won’t send it. At this stage I would file mandamus
