Hi. It’s gonna take 2 months for NVC to send your case to your country embassy. And the next 1 month you will receive a package from them having case number. You can start making appointments for health check and interview, apply for visa form. Gonna take 3-4 months until your interview depends on how busy your embassy is

I think you should send an inquiry to the NVC cause it’s been 5 months since you haven’t received any package
