@Charlie SC, I filed on November 25, 2022. So far, there has been no movement on my case. I see that @God has done it ! got approved recently with a priority date close to mine. Has anyone else who filed in late 2022 received updates or approvals?

@Bakhodir sultan My PD is Nov 10, 2022. I did concurrent filling and all my forms were in Texas. 2 months ago I asked my congressman for assistance, and after their check the I-485 was moved to the NBC. It’s already 36 days without any updates

Hi everyone,
I appreciate you sharing your experiences. I also filed on November 25, 2022, and my I-485 case is currently at the NBC without any updates. Recently, I contacted USCIS through the Emma chatbot, and they informed me that my priority date is no longer current, despite it being current earlier this year. This has been frustrating, especially since my case has seen no movement while others with similar timelines have received approvals.
If anyone else is experiencing similar delays or has received conflicting information from USCIS, let’s discuss here. If anyone has advice on the best course of action, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

@Bakhodir sultan Nov 25, 2022 is current. I think you should try congressman route. Sometimes it's helpful.
