do we give up?
its been 12 years since my father in-law applied for my husband, and our case is still on 'received'. We have enquired and are told that case is within processing time.
Father in law is 85 now and I have lost hope.

if you r in the “all other contries” cathegory, it ll be around 14years. we have priority date 11/2011 and are now waiting for the interview to be scheduled. got all the other papers filled out like sponsorship, green card papers and all that.
