Good morning, I have had the same experience where my divorce decree could not be verified. someone gave me a lawyer that contacted the court on my behalf and they got it fixed. Although, I am still waiting for decision from uscis.

it depends on what type of marriage you had so listen if it’s traditional marriage or religious it’s not recognized so instead you will need an affidavit from your parents and hers both signed and motorized that’s when they will accept it.

hi, what type of marriage did you have. I had same type of rfe in December, a lawyer in Nigeria went to the court got the CTC copies and court judgement and my lawyer here sent to UScis and my case was approved. you can drop your email and I will ask the lawyer to contact you
