Divorce before Army Basic training
my spouse and I have been separated for 2 months. she has filed a joint divorce petition and I intend to co-sign because I dont have anything to contest (no kids or properties) . I am currently waiting to go to MEPS for my Army contract. will there be a problem with my citizenship via military service if I sign the divorce before basic training?

Your citizenship will now be through the military not through marriage. What you should worry about is if the divorce will affect your basic training otherwise, you move on with your life and become a citizen even if you didnt have a conditional green card because you have joined the army.

I have conditional GC, I am going to take Asvab this Friday my Wife doesn't want me to join, she says she wants to file for divorce if I go to Army, will this affect my joining procedure?

ı sign divorce pper before join the army, but there is almost 3 month until divorce finalize, should I join army now or wait to divorce finalize guys ? how did you guys did it any tips please

It doesn't matter for army. you can join now. but make sure when you have final results on your hand bring it to your Leadership.
