Derivative case
Hello , My I-130 and I-485 was approved about 3 months ago , and my son’s case is still pending (he is derivative) is it normal!? I’m worried about it UPDATE: Case was approved yesterday 09/26/2024 Thank GOD 🙏🏻

yea this happens all the time. just the other day someone had the exact same question. they were approved in July 2024 and nothing for thr kid. they aren’t always kept in the same pile and approved at the same time it seems. don’t stress. @R ❤️A Sw
