deny my case
they gave me an option to apeal
I missed to send them some documents that’s why they intend to deny my I-130 for my spouse
so here what can I do or what should I do ?
I have only 30 days to apeal
should I send them all documents together again with missing documents??
and is there any possibility to approve my case by BIA if yes thn how long more I have to wait ?
any advise plz
AND I’m a us citizen and I don’t know why this app showing me us permanentl resident??

you missed the RFE deadline? do you have an online account for USCIS/NVC. upload the documents, it states you can appeal so do that also. BIA takes 8 to 18 months to process.

how long it can be taking for making decisions about this apeal if I apeal ?
I missed to submit my / petitioner passport size of pic and I-130a form
