@C D understood! My denial was November of last year I got a lawyer and we filed the motion to reopen because the officer clearly went off of their feelings rather than the evidence provided. My case is from May 22 btw

my first Vawa was denied, then I refiled and it was approved.

@Katrona Farrington how soon after ur lawyer file to reopen did uscis adjudicate ur case. A fren of mine got i485 denied last week incomplete evidence. His lawyer is going to file a motion to reopen his case.
