I485 stuck at “No visa availibity” since Sep 2024 with no updates while current all the time. not from banned country. any suggestion how to move the case?
congressional enquiry and service request resulted in generic response. no help

send a letter of intent to file mandamus to the local USCIS and attorney office with some evidences and supporting docs and give them 2 weeks to make a progress. Then file a mandamus lawsuit if dont see any progress.
