how did you do to apply for deferred action , cuz mine got approved since 18 August without deferred action but my lawyer has already filed my work application however I didn’t receive any notice yet .

@Iliassa Barr he applied for work permit based on what? my lawyer applied for deferred action and work permit together using form g325a. now my biometrics have been scheduled, and i hope that’s a good sign. it’s been less than a month since it was applied.

@J G The biometrics is for the deferred action request but in the deferred action request i asked for a work permit so i guess in a way it’s for both

i also applied for Form G-325a for deferred action and EAD .Its been 45 days nothing happened, no response. Is their is any positive result on this form or not .

hey !! I check it almost everyday to see if they updated that policy but I haven’t seen anything yet. so I think it’s true cuz I saw a lot of lawyers talking about it.

uscis has already updated the deferred action for SIJ applicants
