Decision is Pending...
One of my friend got asylum decision through lawyer. However, the status has not changed on the USCIS website for 3 weeks. Still shows "Decision is pending". He wants to know whether he will get physical documents like EAD, I 94 from USCIS. #decision #i589 #asylum #uscis #ead #workAuthorization #i94

@Alex B unfortunately, lawyer is on vacation. we are not able to reach atm

@Bred John He will get approval letter, new EAD along with "asylum granted" i94 card.

when you get asylum in court the process is diefferent . please check with the court as far I know you need to go there and request your I-94 and you have to do the employment application yourself . they don’t do it for you but please double check .
