I just got a RFE after my interview marriage base. response submitted accordingly and until now not updated.

l did a SR , and the response was that case is pending for background check.

I also got RFE ,a month after my interviewed and I submitted accordingly

in my case I was because l forgot my original birth certificate at home . l did a color foto copy and the officer asked for the original. l realized it was a copy in that moment. so the IO did the RFE because of that. 🤷‍♂️🙄🤐 my bad.

I know 2 different couples that their divorce papers was questionable 😅 they did just 1 interview and they were denied.

and we all did 2 interview. but they didn't respond yet . I pray for good news soon

l don't believe that they are doing any background check. when couples go to interview . uscis lO have the information they need to adjudicated your petition.

my EAD card has been renewed

my EAD also was renewed. for 2 years. so that means that they are not doing any background. is just that the officer is not satisfied with the case because any red flags. is my personal opinion

and they put the case on hold for who knows how many years. 😤😠. 🤔??
