I’ve seen some people that filled in November and were just approved for the EAD. My pd is November 16 and I haven’t heard anything since biometrics.

yes mine is marriage based. and yes it says actively reviewed. my i485 says rfe received.

Mine is marriage based and yes, all it says is “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” it has been stuck like this since the day I took my biometrics.

@wg mine was filed 11/01. fingerprints done in December. hopefully we shall hear from them soon. this a employment based (nurse) application

I’m not sure. it used to be a week or so but heard it slowed down. but don’t take my word for it.

@Mariana I highly recommend you call USCIS for health care worker. I did my request in January (I am a nurse as well). I believe just about two weeks from I made the request to the card in my mailbox.

I got my stand alone EAD on March 31st and my SSC around a week later
