@lulu 369 Since your schedule interview didn't hold due to technical issues on their end I'll suggest schedule an info pass appointment to your field office and ask to speak with a supervisor showing proofs and that should help kick start something.... Staying silent wouldn't help or lead no where considering your case would be 3years by December

i tried the congressman and they contacted them 3 times , there response is always thats it’s with normal processing time , i contacted the uscis they said that an officer will call , later on I received an email that i should wait because its normal processing time , my lawyer suggested writ of mandamus, but i have to wait till July according to him @D D

no… oh my ! your wait is gonna be very long if u don’t appear to the USCIS site and talk to the Officers there. Take action about your case and print all your proof so you’ll have strong evidence that the USCIS has had technical issue regarding your interview appointment. please do it. fight for your case. stay strong! u can do it

@lulu 369 I was approved before Christmas for my GC. You can file the lawsuit on your own. There are many you tube videos on it as well (filing a lawsuit).
