Day 1 CPT
Hello all, Please can anyone help me with Immigration lawyer that handles Day 1 CPT program.
I am presently on my STEM OPT program and I am planning to switch to Day 1 CTP program to keep my status, will I need to submit any immigration document with USCIS if I want to change to Day CPT programme from my present STEM OPT status ?

You need to talk to your international student department at your school. They will process your student visa for you. You don’t need to contact the USCIS yourself.
