it will take at least 7/8 months for you to file your application or even more as there are plethora of applications in February March April waiting to apply. BDV alone has submitted 1000 or more applications every month at that time

I have the same PD. I am thinking that we should be able to file by January 2026 as virtually all the applicants have already filed with PD for February 2022 but it depends on what filing chart USCIS uses. if it uses final action date then they will not move the date of filing. Anyways majority of the cases should be completed for 2021 by the end of 2026 so our turn will come soon.

@LEE Xpress I do not think there are 1000s of LC filed by BDV each month in earlier part of 2022. I went through BDVs Facebook page and it seems like their Corfu factory employer with a large number of employee openings had a delay in filing LC which is after my date. Another one of their dominos is employer withdrew. I see a significant job openings after July of 2022

@BDV victim there are some meat production and poultry farm companies that alone filed 1000+ LCs but not each month I guess. according to the previous data by uscis if only 4k people are waiting for gc availability and if that includes counselor + AOS then hopefully date of filing should advance soon.

DOF for April should be within Q2 2026. FAD might take upto Q1 2027 at max. You are lucky, the backlog is insane after May so just pray that USCIS does not move the dates slowly based on those backlogs

@sam young ageed. 2023 is even worst! 2023 applicants cases will take years to be completed. The 2021 cases are not that bad and the early 2022 cases are not that much. After May is when the backlog gets real bad.
