my usc husband filed for my daughter, she is under 18 , she is currently staying in another country other than her birth country with her guardian is there a way that I can change consulate? so she can have her interview in that country even though she is not a citizen

ehhh. I think you will have to wait until the NVC stage and ask the original and the new consulates if they will accept a transfer. you may want to ask a lawyer though — don’t rely too much on thi app
