Hi everyone,
Is it true that when I Apply for Vawa my child age is frozen and it’s stays like that until approval?
how does that work ?
when I apply my daughter was 19.

VAWA applicants children can't age out . my lawyer told me the same. my son is 19 I applied this year before I get all process done he will be 22 or 23 . I am happy that their age are frozen. So don't worry. Just be thinking about when to summit her i824 after your VAwA approval
