Cruise
Has anyone with an approved VAWA and advanced parol but still pending green card took a cruise and was able to get back in the county? I wanted to visit the Bahamas but these stories are scaring me.

i don’t have an approved VAWA yet but i did have AP when i went on a cruise in early 2024 and i had no issue coming back. they finger print & secondary inspection. Idk about how it is now tho.

I don’t have vawa approved yet but I went to a cruise last year in December and I didn’t have any issues

I went out the country by plane came back on 6/29 and had no problem 😊
