Mine is “Fingerprints were taken” on Jan 2023 to “Case remains pending” on May2023. Nothing so far. No RFE. No interview.

@ mine was fingers to crp to fingers when my pd became current then stuck!!

CRP, case ready for interview, interview was scheduled, and interview completed

my fingerprint taken status has been since Oct 2022 till now. nothing is updated. I submitted the second service request in the end of July. I chatted to emma. 2 ladies said the target date for responding service request will be on Oct 13. 😌😌hope they reach out soon

@waiting unskilled eb3 request wont work. i submitted on May 6th. never heard back from them. I reached out to congressman and then they transferred my case to local field office after a week and now stuck at FO now…

@Gc 0321 so far I have seen people that have their status switch from crp to fingerprint after Pd become current move to the next status pretty fast. Not stuck for months like I am now so that’s why I am concerned

@Shweta P reaching out to congress people is a hit or miss. I am grateful that mine kinda works but it still not getting anywhere. We are screaming and no one give a sh*t now. Been current since April

for people who in rush and want to try mandamus, many people got helped from mandamus pro se with positive results, do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se"

@Shweta P i don’t think there will be problem as long as employer is willing to hire you back or sign 485j incase you have interview. I myself left after working 5 months with my employer saying I’ll be back later

@Shweta P if you’re employer agrees that you can come back later then you should be able to leave. you already worked enough

@Shweta P there’s no law saying you can’t. The EAD you have can be used to work anywhere
