CRP status feels like a deep hole
I’ve been in CRP since Dec’23, with PD 09/2022 (ROW). Now with the retrogression coming in July 2024, i really don’t know how much longer i’ll be waiting.
meanwhile, uscis processing cases after my PD, that were submitted months after me. This is truly hillarious 😂

we are the same priority date, yeah its heartbreaking to see those with later PD approved, Im in the midst of asking help from congress since the service request that I submitted seems like nothing, and hoping that I will not end up filing a writ of mandamus

@h n their premium versuon comes with the trend analysis similar cases. I’m not sure it is the total cases or just cases from lawfully app.
regardless, it is a good sample size and tells you the approval rates per month

submitted in Oct’23, and yes got Ead in Jan and AP a couple of days ago

Submitted in Oct 2023 (PD Dec 2022); Placed in CRP mode in Jan 2024; Got EAD in Feb 2024; and finally got I-485 approval (family of four)in May 2024
